Course Overview
Fasting known as ‘Upavasa’ in Sanskrit is a powerful and useful treatment modality used in Ayurveda and it has been a part of human culture and religious traditions for thousands of years. Recently this has gained attraction of the researchers for its potential benefits.
Practicing fasting in inappropriately or in excess may lead to side effects and may have potential risks.
This CME Course will equip the GPs to prescribe Fasting or to provide advice to the patients seeking advice on fasting.
